Due to Joe's school schedule we celebrated our anniversary a week early. I was in charge of planning this year and everything that I tried didn't work out. Needless to say, we stayed in town this year and just spent time...ALONE...WITHOUT THE BOYS. It was nothing fancy, but it was just what we needed.

We ate at a restaurant in Folsom that overlooked the river. We were seated on the small patio, which was perfect, because we were the only people out there.
After dinner we took a walk to the bridge.

I know! Now I know where my kids get not wanting to take pictures from. It wouldn't be so bad if it didn't look like I was in pain when I smiled half the time :)
