When Jake was 2 we found out that he had asthma after a 4 day hospital stay. Then when Luke came along it was no surprise to us that he had it too. Luckily, their symptoms don't usually flare up unless they're sick (or getting sick) OR a change in the season occurs (I know that sounds goofy, but it's true). We have an at home nebulizer, because it is the only thing that really works for them and I would like to avoid another hospital stay. In December, Luke's asthma began to flare up, so out came the machine.

Ironically, Jake wants to use it when he doesn't need it.
