The room that Joe studies in for school has been down graded from "The Cave" to "The Hole". As his 3rd semester of nursing school drug on this space became progressively worse. I couldn't even get the entire room in for you to see. No one has a miracle camera trust me. I promise that it looked like this on all four sides of the room though.
Over Christmas break we will be converting the hole into a nursery for Noah, so watch out books, pens, and roll of toilet paper you have to move out...or at least be neatly organized.

So does the roll of toilet paper mean he didn't leave the whole to go to the bathroom.
