Pascadero Beach

On July 3rd, Joe surprisingly had the day off of school so we headed out of town and ended up at the ocean. We went to a beach about 10-15 minutes south of Half Moon Bay. It was beautiful! The weather was also PERFECT! There was no fog or clouds, just a bunch of sunshine. We ended up spending about 6 hours there, which is a record for us and the beach, because the boys and myself are usually done with the whole experience in a couple of hours. It was extra nice to have Joe spend the whole day with us...he didn't even take his books!

Luke laughing at Jake and Joe, while they were buried. He chickened out...smart kid!

We were visited by quite a few dolphins on our trip as you can see in the background of the picture. There were some people, who I'm guessing weren't from California (or they haven't been to the ocean that much) and when they saw the fin of the dolphin they began to freak out, because they thought it was a shark.

If you notice I'm not in any pictures...I was happily laying out on the blankets eating my Salt and Vinegar chips, that only Luke will share with me.
