Joe actually had a Monday night off in May, so we went bowling for family night. We had so much fun. The last time we went I was 8 months pregnant and Luke cried the whole time. This time, I wasn't pregnant and there were no tears! We also got to the bowling alley early enough that there weren't many people and we were able to get in some glow bowling, which the boys thought was the coolest thing ever.
Our sweet Luke, getting ready to chuck the ball down the lane. He actually wasn't too bad, but he really liked crossing the line and slipping...On accident, of course.
Goobers.
They were dancing to the music.
Joe told me to pause. He totally messed me up.
I don't really know what Joe is doing here.
Probably dancing.
He has a habit of that.
Jake getting his ball.
Jake has become quite competitive.
We had to talk to him a bunch about how we were there to have fun and all that good stuff. Hopefully, being in basketball will help with some of this. I'm all for competitiveness, but dang, in bowling, who cares son!
If you noticed there are no pictures of Noah. Sadly, the focus of my camera was dying while we were playing. Which is why most of the pictures we took were blurry. These were the good ones. Our camera officially bit the dust at the end of our session. It's not too bad considering that we got sand in it a year ago. Thank goodness for the accident insurance. We got to upgrade for about $40!
That made me REALLY happy.
